First Day of School

Henry and Nelson started pre-school today. They did really well.. I had intended on staying with them for awhile but after about thirty minutes I realized I was the only mother still there. I reluctantly left, upon telling them I was going to go, and getting no reaction what-so-ever. I went home to an empty house, something I have been looking forward to since signing them up..I must say it was an awkward feeling and I passed the time wrapping their b-day gifts and watching the clock anxiously awaiting the hour I would return to get them. When I did return two and a half hours later, I expected to hear "Momma, Momma, you're back" but in actuallity I don't know if they knew that I even left and I carried Nelson out kicking and screaming. I guess they liked it. Henry said his favorite thing was learning the Hokey Pokey and Duck Duck Goose.. And Nelson enjoyed the sand box.
