Note from the photographer: For some reason my pics of Nelson were mostly blurry, and I did not think it fair to have another exclusive Henry post because of my insufficiences. I'm still trying to figure out this new lens of mine and learning to shoot with manual settings...i.e. off automatic. Would you believe that I have had this camera for 3 years now and have NEVER taken it off automatic?... Ugh, disgraceful! So, bear with me, ok?

Wow! I had no idea you were using all automatic settings. You're photos are always great. I've always been stand-offish to the SLR cameras because, according to my photographer husband, automatic settings just don't cut it compared to manual, which I suppose is true to some extent. BUT now that I see your pix and know they were on auto-pilot, maybe I give it a go with the auto settings too! Cool!
Oh ya, love the story of the little old lady at the grocery store. That was so sweet and SO the right thing to do. Good lesson taught, mama.
