First Swim Meet
It was a long and hot morning. We were instructed to arrive at the pool at 8:30 am for event assignments and warmups. Being newbies to the sport the boys each got one individual race and Nelson was assigned one relay race. After 4 hours of sitting, watching, anticipating our turn was finally up. The boys raced each other with one other kid in their heat. The race was over in about 30 seconds... They both did great. We definitely have some things to keep working on, namely, as evident in these photos, diving!

Mine just started swimming lessons ... nice to see where they might end up.
