We have a major affinity to LEGOs around our house. They make some sort of appearance in our lives on a daily basis and are always involved in any gift giving occasion. Black Friday, rather than shopping with the masses, we spent the morning at an art exhibit that takes LEGOs to a whole new level. The artist, Nathan Sawaya, builds life sized pieces out of nothing but LEGO bricks.
Along with the exhibition the museum also has a room set up filled with LEGOs for kids and parents alike to put their creative abilities to test. This was such an enlightening way for all of us to spend an otherwise chaotic Black Friday.

COOOOL!!!! My guys would love this :D Dylan just builds towers - the taller, the better! So creative, eh?
An art exhibit trumps most things, especially Black Friday! I am impressed with the boys building abilities...definitely a practiced skill.
