Backyard Camping

What better way to enjoy the long Thanksgiving weekend than throwing the tents up in the backyard, firing up the chiminia and breaking out the marshmallows. The boys are outside in their tent snoozing as I type this. They fell asleep much easier than I thought they would and now I am second guessing my prediction of them returning to their own beds before the 10 o'clock news. Clark is out their too, in his own tent, coupled up to theirs.

And me... I am inside, enjoying our promotional temporary gift of the Sundance Channel, which I heart very much indeed!

Update: The boys made it until 4 am. I heard them rusting around in the living room, Clark herding them into their beds. Apparently one of them had a little accident and was not too keen on sleeping in a wet sleeping bag.

I heard Henry say, "I don't think morning is ever going to get here." Then this morning when he woke up he hollered, "Finally! It's morning!"

I know exactly how he feels. When I camp, as much as I love it, I never sleep that good and wake up 100 times in the night and it does feel as though morning will never arrive.

Nelson...Slept like a log, loved every minute of it.
