JuJu's Shower

My last post was meant to act as a little clue to my in-laws whom did not know that I was secretly flying to Cincinnati for my sister-in-law Tammy's baby shower. My other sister-in-law Meg made the arrangements and we were able to keep it a secret until my arrival... The small clue had them wondering but the surprise still went over very well. The boys, unfortunately, did not make the trip...

Momma-To-Be

JuJu's two proud grandmothers and one proud Auntie.

Peggy Rose

Peggy Rose's Momma and her soon to be baby sister.

Notice Mrs. Cave's collection of pink necklaces? Those hung around my neck at one time. She stalked me, asked me a seemingly innocent question, and in no time had all of my necklaces around her neck. This one is sneaky.. Not to be trusted when it comes to baby shower games...

Stephanie drove down from Columbus for the festivities. And those 2 necklaces.. Also lost to Mrs. Cave.. I'm telling you she's a shark!

Aeden, the token boy, whom loved all the attention from the girls

Meg and Savannah, my hosts and masterminds behind my surprise visit.

JuJu's grandmother. She is actually the one who coined the name JuJu, which means baby chick in Farsi. JuJu's birth name has yet to be determined.

This is JuJu's baby blanket made by her paternal Grandmother. Notice the pattern... Completely handmade and so beautiful.

Soon to be first time Aunties.. Already so proud.

Sisters!!

And lastly a shot of Grandpa and Savannah on the merry-go-round.

Paula-it was wonderfull seeing you! It is too bad that we so rarely get the chance! Hopefully with lots of new babies on the way-we will get more opportunities!! Also-I love your blogs! Have you ever considered writing a children's book?? You have a knack with words. I could see you doing that one day!! Love-Julie G.
