Ten random thoughts on this tree:
1. It is from the grocery store, obviously...Too perfect.
2. Miss driving up to the mountains to find/cut our own.
3. The star is crooked.
4. The children and husband helped decorate... I rehung every ornament they placed on the tree in order to avoid clustering.
5. #4 makes the children very unhappy.
6. All ornaments are either gifts, handmade, or from the annual pick-out-your-own-ornament tradition now in its 3rd year.
7. Two of the ornaments were made when I was just a babe and my mom didn't have money for ornaments so we painted little Disney characters.
8. My grandmother made the tree skirt... Treasure.
9. Making the lights twinkle as they do in this animation took a ridiculous amount of time.. Could have baked 15 batches of cookies in the time it took to make this work.

Worth all the trouble - it looks BEAUTIFUL :D I do the rehanging bit too - you HAVE to. It would look silly if we didn't :D Also, the animated photos are so cool! Such a cool effect.
